Greetings! I have been a part of the Wilmington community for 42 years and am happy to call it home. My professional life has been an evolution starting in dentistry with a brief stint in theatre and television, a few years in advertising and finally landing in real estate. My broad experience in the workplace and my own home ownership has given me some very useful skills. I enjoy helping my clients buy and sell homes. I am detail oriented and determined. Real estate transactions are all unique and often complicated. I keep my clients informed and as relaxed as possible. Personal service is important to me. Catherine has handled two transactions for me. The first time was in 2018 buying my condominium. Then, the 2nd time was in 2021, when I sold my unit. Both times she was courteous, professional, prompt and always listened to me with whatever questions or comments I had! She did a very efficient job of filtering listings so that I could see enough of what was available without being overwhelmed by too much information. Catherine is AMAZING! I was referred to her through a friend and it was the best possible thing that happened to me! I was in need of a trustworthy real estate agent who could help me sell my aging mother's home. I was in Utah and had recently relocated my mother. Selling a house that far across the US is difficult enough, but with Catherine, she made it comfortable and understandable. I started my search with Catherine while still living in Phoenix, AZ. Knowing nothing about the local area left a lot to be trusted, and she did NOT disappoint. Within 10 minutes of our first phone call she had me setup with listings specific to my wants and needs. Her local knowledge was very impressive. After showing me several homes, I finally found the 'one.' Which couldn't have been easy for her, because I'm a huge pain in the neck to be 100% honest. Every time I called to look at new homes, she was equally, if not more excited to go see them. I'm not new to the home-buying process, so it was nice to know I was dealing with a local professional with excellent expertise. It took a couple weeks for me to go into the contract on the specific home I had interest in, and Catherine never let me give in. She spent roughly a week just to get me into contract in the first place - and kept me in the loop the whole time. Based on the deal I got, I'd say her negotiation skills are well above average, and she kept me in the 'loop' the whole time. In fact, I don't remember a single time I called or text her in the last two months in which she didn't answer or respond immediately. Catherine absolutely knocked my expectations out of the park! From the moment we met, to the moment she handed my GF the keys (VERY smart Realtor, this one...) Overall, my experience with her was fantastic, and I'd gladly recommend anyone in the world in working with Catherine.

We are looking to buy a beach house on the North Carolina coast and we live in Colorado. Therefore, it was imperative that we had a realtor that was knowledgable with all aspects of purchasing a home. Catherine was that and more. She is professional and hardworking! When buying a second home/investment home there is so much that is needed to make a decision based on the ROI. Catherine did the research to answer all our questions. Catherine also spent numerous months, emails, and phone conversations with us before we came and when we arrived she gave us all her time. She checked out each home, and there were 23, before we arrived. She even found the best restaurants to eat lunch each day while we were experiencing the many beautiful NC beaches. She did all this work, spent all this time, did all the research and we haven't even purchased a home...yet! (We are too picky!) I cannot say enough about her. You will not be disappointed!

She checked out each home, and there were 23, before we arrived. She even found the best restaurants to eat lunch each day while we were experiencing the many beautiful NC beaches. She did all this work, spent all this time, did all the research and we haven't even purchased a home...yet! (We are too picky!) I cannot say enough about her. You will not be disappointed!

Catherine was on time and on target. She showed me the homes I had asked to see. NO left field in case you want to change your mind visits. Her information on each house was spot on.
